For Buyers
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by individual sellers and displayed before you complete your purchase. Many sellers offer free shipping on orders over certain amounts.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by seller and shipping method. Typical timeframes:
- Standard: 5-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your item ships, you'll receive a notification with tracking information. You can track your package directly from your DailyFlip dashboard.
International Shipping
International shipping availability depends on the seller. Check the listing for shipping destinations. International buyers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
For Sellers
Shipping Requirements
- Ship items within your stated handling time (default: 3 business days)
- Provide tracking for all shipments
- Package items securely to prevent damage
- Use signature confirmation for items over $100
Shipping Labels
Generate discounted shipping labels directly through DailyFlip. We've partnered with major carriers to offer competitive rates for our sellers.
Insurance
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Insurance protects both you and the buyer in case of loss or damage during transit.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately. We'll work with the seller and carrier to resolve the issue.
Delayed Shipments
If a seller doesn't ship within the stated timeframe, you can cancel your order for a full refund or wait for the item to ship.
All purchases are covered by DailyFlip Buyer Protection. If your item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you're eligible for a refund.
