Expected Behavior

  • Be welcoming and inclusive to all community members
  • Provide accurate descriptions and honest representations of items
  • Respond to questions and messages in a timely manner
  • Honor the prices and terms you set for your items
  • Give constructive feedback and fair reviews
  • Report suspicious activity or policy violations

Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassment: Bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language
  • Fraud: Scams, counterfeit items, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
  • Manipulation: Shill bidding, fake reviews, or artificial inflation
  • Off-platform transactions: Attempting to conduct sales outside DailyFlip
  • Spam: Excessive self-promotion, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content
  • Inappropriate content: Explicit, violent, or illegal content in streams or listings

During Live Shows

Live shows should be enjoyable for everyone. Please:

  • • Keep chat respectful and on-topic
  • • Don't spam the chat with repeated messages
  • • Respect the seller's rules for their stream
  • • Don't promote other sellers or platforms in someone else's stream
  • • Report inappropriate behavior to moderators

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • • Warning for first-time or minor violations
  • • Temporary suspension for repeated violations
  • • Permanent ban for serious or ongoing violations
  • • Legal action for fraud or illegal activity

Appeal Process: If you believe action was taken against your account in error, you can appeal through our support team. We review all appeals fairly and respond within 48 hours.
