Expected Behavior
- Be welcoming and inclusive to all community members
- Provide accurate descriptions and honest representations of items
- Respond to questions and messages in a timely manner
- Honor the prices and terms you set for your items
- Give constructive feedback and fair reviews
- Report suspicious activity or policy violations
Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment: Bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language
- Fraud: Scams, counterfeit items, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
- Manipulation: Shill bidding, fake reviews, or artificial inflation
- Off-platform transactions: Attempting to conduct sales outside DailyFlip
- Spam: Excessive self-promotion, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content
- Inappropriate content: Explicit, violent, or illegal content in streams or listings
During Live Shows
Live shows should be enjoyable for everyone. Please:
- • Keep chat respectful and on-topic
- • Don't spam the chat with repeated messages
- • Respect the seller's rules for their stream
- • Don't promote other sellers or platforms in someone else's stream
- • Report inappropriate behavior to moderators
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- • Warning for first-time or minor violations
- • Temporary suspension for repeated violations
- • Permanent ban for serious or ongoing violations
- • Legal action for fraud or illegal activity
Appeal Process: If you believe action was taken against your account in error, you can appeal through our support team. We review all appeals fairly and respond within 48 hours.
