Getting Started

What is DailyFlip?

DailyFlip is a live selling marketplace where buyers and sellers connect in real-time. You can buy and sell trading cards, sneakers, vintage fashion, electronics, collectibles, and more through live auctions and fixed-price listings.

How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign Up" on the homepage and create your account with an email address or sign in with Google or Apple. You'll need to verify your email before you can start buying or selling.

Is DailyFlip free to use?

Creating an account and browsing listings is completely free. Sellers pay a small platform fee on completed sales. Buyers pay the listed price plus any shipping costs.

What categories are available?

We support a wide range of categories including Trading Cards, Sneakers, Vintage Fashion, Electronics, Collectibles, Toys, Sports Memorabilia, and more. New categories are added regularly based on community demand.

Buying

How do I buy an item?

Browse listings or join a live show, find something you like, and click "Buy Now" for fixed-price items or place a bid during live auctions. Complete checkout by entering your shipping address and payment details.

Is there buyer protection?

Yes. Every purchase on DailyFlip is backed by our Buyer Protection guarantee. If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn't match the listing description, you can open a dispute and we'll help resolve it.

How do I track my order?

Once the seller ships your item, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in your Orders page. You can track your package directly from your DailyFlip dashboard.

Can I cancel an order?

You can request a cancellation if the seller hasn't shipped yet. Go to your Orders page and select "Request Cancellation." Once an item has shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then request a return if needed.

Selling & Live Auctions

How do I start selling?

Go to your dashboard and click "Create Listing." Add photos, a title, description, price, condition, and shipping details. Once published, your listing is live and visible to all buyers.

How do live auctions work?

Sellers can host live shows where they showcase items in real-time. Buyers join the stream, place bids, and interact with the seller. The highest bidder at the end of each item's auction wins. It's fast, fun, and interactive.

What are the seller fees?

DailyFlip charges a platform fee on completed sales. The fee is clearly shown before you list an item. There are no monthly subscriptions or listing fees - you only pay when you make a sale.

How do I ship sold items?

After a sale, pack the item securely and ship it within the timeframe shown on the order. Add the tracking number to the order page so the buyer can follow the delivery. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Payments & Shipping

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported for faster checkout.

When do sellers get paid?

Sellers receive their payout after the buyer confirms receipt of the item or after the delivery confirmation period ends (whichever comes first). Payouts are sent directly to the seller's connected bank account.

How does shipping work?

Sellers set their own shipping prices and methods. Some sellers offer free shipping. Shipping costs are clearly displayed on each listing before you buy. DailyFlip currently supports shipping within the United States.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through your Orders page. Our Buyer Protection covers you - we'll work with the seller and shipping carrier to resolve the issue and issue a refund if needed.

Account & Safety

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

How does DailyFlip keep me safe?

We use device verification, secure encrypted payments, and automated fraud detection to protect every transaction. All sellers go through a verification process, and our trust and safety team monitors the platform around the clock.

How do I report a problem?

You can report a listing, a user, or a transaction issue directly from the relevant page using the "Report" button. Our trust and safety team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll need to resolve any open orders or disputes first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
